Hangarage
Sheer luxury at reasonable prices! This is not an idle boast at Little Rissington. We have two 45,000 sqft hangars built to withstand WW2 bomb blasts, 16" concrete roof, 20" concrete end walls. The roofs have been clad in modern pre-formed sheet to ensure weather proofing even in the wildest storms. The hangars are dry, secure and remain at an almost constant temperature all year round. The floors are clean smooth concrete painted with an industrial strength coating
Devonair developed and perfected the managed hangar concept. A call at least 2 hours ahead will have your aircraft ready on the apron, fueled as required so you just have to pre-flight, book out and fly away. Upon your return, stop on the apron and we will bring your aircraft inside and park it for you. No careless handling and most of all 'no hangar rash'.
All aircraft up to 40ft wing span can be accommodated in Hangar 102, nearest to the runways. Wider spans can be accommodated in Hangar 103 which has an 80ft doorway. Where possible all aircraft are moved using our motorised parking equipment and specialised fitments can be made to suit aircraft with low wheel spats.
Helicopters can easily be accommodated in the same manner using purpose built mobile landing platforms
Owners are encouraged to provide their own lockers or cupboards for those 'bits' everyone needs around the hangar...sponge, rags, spare oil etc
Full fire precautions are in place including multi position emergency lighting leading to the 4 corner located 1hr resistant doors

From 1st January 2008 Hangarage for PFA and Very Light Aircraft will attract a 20% discount on the published rates
